a. Study Here offers subscriptions in Monthly, Semi-annual and Annual plans. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processing service.
b. By subscribing to one of the plans, the user authorizes Stripe to process payments in accordance with the terms of the chosen subscription.
c. Subscriptions must be canceled directly from the user's account, and subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
d. In the event of problems or queries relating to the processing of payments by Stripe, the user may contact the Study Here team via e-mail at contact@study-here.com. We will endeavor to assist you in resolving any issues with Stripe.

6. User Responsibilities:

The user agrees to use Study Here in an ethical manner and in compliance with applicable laws. Uploading content that is offensive, defamatory, harmful or infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.

7. Changes to the Terms:

a. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the site. Significant changes will be communicated by means of notifications on the website or by e-mail.

8. Account Termination:

a. Study Here shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the site, including failures to process payments by Stripe.

9. Limitation of liability:

a. Study Here is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.

10. Privacy Policy:

a. By using Study Here, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.
