What subscription plans are available?

We offer three subscription plans: Monthly, Half-Yearly and Yearly. Each plan guarantees unlimited access to the questions during the chosen period.

How do I change my plan?

You can only change plans if you cancel your current plan, and at the end of the period you have already paid for, you can sign up for a new plan via the plans page.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the period already paid for. To cancel your subscription, visit your profile page.

How many questions can I access without a subscription?

Users without a subscription can view a limited number of resolutions per day and per week. For unlimited access, you must subscribe to one of our plans.

What is included in the subscription?

The subscription gives unlimited access to all the questions and their respective resolutions, related topics, as well as ad-free access to the site. Subscribers have priority in answering questions sent via the website Send Questions.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit and debit card payments, processed by Stripe.

How does recurring billing work?

All our plans are recurring (Monthly, Half-Yearly and Annual). You are billed automatically at the start of each cycle.

Technical Support

I'm having trouble accessing the content. What should I do?

Can I access the site from mobile devices?

Yes, our website is responsive and accessible from any device, whether desktop, tablet or smartphone.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by accessing your profile and clicking on the cancel option. Access will continue until the end of the current cycle.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 3 days of purchasing a plan. After this period, refunds are not available. To request a refund, send an e-mail explaining the reason.
